Smith's Country Cheese has been a family-owned-and-operated, working dairy farm and creamery for over thirty years. Our 200 Holstein cows live a happy life on 43 rural acres in Winchendon, MA. Here at Smith?s, old-fashioned family traditions and hard work are combined to produce our award-winning farmstead Gouda, cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. We use traditional recipes and fresh, raw milk from our farm to make delicious, artisanal cheeses.
